The invitation letter is proof that the conference organizers have received the paper submission and registration request. Provided in English to support visa applications. However, it does not guarantee a visa.

Please be aware that the organizing committee has no influence on the application process for visas or the judgement of the visa adjudicator at the embassy or consulate.Actual visa issuances cannot be the conference's responsibility. Individual processes take different amounts of time;therefore, you should start your application as soon as you can.
